O Allah, grant me soundness in my religion and grant me soundness in my body; grant me soundness in my hearing and grant me soundness in my sight, and make the two inherit from me…
O Originator, no beginning have You,
O Eternal, no end have You;
O “.. Ever-living who does not die” (25:58), O “… Quickener of the dead” (30:50),
You “.. stand over every soul for what it has earned” (13:33) bless Muhammad and the people of his house, and do to me what is worthy of You.
O Allah, the One who “splits the dawn” and Who makes “the night for rest, and the sun and the moon for a reckoning” (6:96),
Discharge for me my debt, protect me from poverty, give me the benefit of my hearing and sight, and strengthen me in Your way, O Most Merciful of the merciful…
O Allah, You are the Most Merciful of the merciful, there is no god but You, the Originator, there was none before You, the Eternal, Unceasing, the Ever-Living, Undying, and Creator of what is seen and what is not seen, every day You are upon some affair (ref. 55:29); bless Muhammad and his family and appoint from Your affair forgiveness for me, my parents, my children and my brothers, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
O Allah, You are the One Who knows everything without learning, so praise be to You;
Allah, Allah, Allah is my Lord, I associate none with Him.
“… There is none like Him and He is the All-hearing the All-seeing”(42:11).
“Vision perceives Him not” (6:103); “ … He is the All-subtle, theAll-aware” (6:103).
O Allah, I ask You – and whatever You will of an affair, is -,
And I turn to You through Your Prophet, Muhammad, the Prophet of mercy, blessings of Allah on him and his family, the good, the excellent:
O Muhammad, I turn through you to Allah, Your Lord and my Lord, for the fulfilment of my need, and that He bless you and your family, the good, the pure, and that He do to me what He is worthy of…
O Allah, I ask You by Your Name by which the surface of the water is walked on, as is the level ground of the earth;
I ask You by Your Name at which the feet of Your angles are put into motion;
I ask You by Your Name by which Musa, peace be on him, called on you “…from the right side of the Mount” (19:52), and You answered him and bestowed on him love from You;
I ask You by Your Name by which Muhammad, blessings of Allah on him and his family, called on You, and You forgave him his former and latter sins and completed for him Your blessing (ref 48:2),
That You bless Muhammad and his family and do to me what You are worthy of….
O Allah, I ask You by the stations of glory of Your Throne and the utmost degree of mercy of Your Book;
I ask You by Your Mightiest Name and Majesty Most High and Your perfect Words which neither righteous nor wicked can transcend;
I ask You, O Allah, O All-Merciful, O All-Compassionate, “ … Possessor of Majesty and Honour (55:78),
One, Sole Unique God, Everlasting Refuge, “…upholding justice” (3:18)
There is no god but You, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise; You are the Single, the All-great, the Exalted, to bless Muhammad and his family and to make me enter the Garden, in forgiveness and without reckoning;
And to do to me what is worthy of You in generosity, nobility, compassion, mercy and bounty.
O Allah, change not my name nor alter my body, make not my trial distressing nor my enemies rejoice at my affliction,
O All-generous…
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from wealth that leads to inordinate disobedience, from poverty that causes forgetfulness (of You), from desires that cause destruction, and from actions that cause disgrace.
I am such that my Lord is the One, the Sole; none do I associate with Him;
I do not call on another god with Him, nor do I take as a guardian other than Him.
O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, lighten for me what I fear the difficulty thereof, ease for me what I fear the hardship thereof, smooth for me what I fear the roughness thereof, expand for me what I fear the restriction thereof, and relieve me in my world and my hereafter through Your pleasure with me. O Allah, grant me the sincerity of the Prophets in reliance on You. Make my prayer among those which are answered, and make my actions of those which ascend up (to You) and are accepted….
O Allah, strengthen me for what you have imposed on me and do not burden me with what I have no strength to bear. Allah is sufficient for me and an excellent Guardian (ref. 3:173).
O Allah, aid me and do not aid against me, decide in fovour of me against all who act wrongfully towards me, devise for me and not against me, guide me and ease the guidance for me….
O Allah, I entrust to You my religion, my trust, the results of my actions and all that You have blessed me with in this world and the next, for You are the One Who does not neglect taking care of what has been entrusted to You.
O Allah, none will protect me from You and I will not find a refuge other than You.
O Allah, bless Muhammad and his family, and do not entrust me to myself for a moment, and do not take from me any good that You have granted me, for there is no withholder of what You grant and there is no bestower of what You withhold, and the fortune of one possessing good fortune will not benefit him with You.
“Our Lord, give us good in this world, and good in the hereafter, and save us from the torment of the Fire” (2:201) and the blessings of Allah on Muhammad and his family, the good, by Your Mercy, Most Merciful of the merciful…..
